Dozens of community members welcomed at BDIPS and Avanath Capital LLC Back-to-School Event

As the school year begins, children across the Acclaim at Baldwin Village community are prepared after joining the BDIPS and Avanath Capital LLC back to school event held on August 8, 2026.

Dozens of community members came out to participate in the community event where they enjoyed game stations, boxing demonstrations and food, and school-aged children received backpacks filled with school supplies. Together, BDIPS and Avanath staff engaged the community and also shared resources throughout the day.
