School Supply Restock Event Hosted at New Better Days Wellness Center
After more than a year since revitalizing a building located on Broadway in Los Angeles, the Better Days Wellness Center opened its doors on October 16 for a soft opening to welcome parents and students to a School Supply Restock Event. BDIPS staff greeted students from neighboring schools to come and stock up on school supplies, while also inviting students, families and community members to tour the Wellness Center.
The Better Days Wellness Center sits on the corner of South Broadway Street and extends more than 7,700 square feet and stands at two stories. The Wellness Center features a yoga room, full boxing gym and studio, and a recovery suite with saunas and cold plunge pools. The Wellness Center stands as a community wellness hub that will host weekly programs for students such as art classes and financial literacy classes. Additionally, the Wellness Center will offer different amenities and access to creator rooms.
During the School Supply Restock event, parents and students grabbed free backpacks and school supplies at the store located inside the Wellness Center and also had the opportunity to participate in yoga and boxing demonstrations.
